With the expanding line of vehicles needed to be displayed, this latest phase of Erin Park Lexus was for a Showroom expansion, relocation of Service Shop to satellite location and a New 3 Car Delivery Bay. The New Car Delivery Bay had to be designed to be lower than the Showroom as the exiting vehicles had to meet the lower topography along Glen Erin Drive. The Customer Service Waiting Lounge has an exterior Patio for clients to enjoy while waiting for their vehicles to be maintained.
