Brantford Civic Centre
Located in downtown Brantford, this mixed use project represents a signature effort of effective planning practice and public input. It extends a full city block connecting two major downtown streets and is bordered on the sides with new residential buildings and ground floor commercial/retail shops. Entrance gates reflecting new and simplified classical architecture frames the courtyard gardens and provide a gateway entry. A lowered plaza is a multi-season centerpiece for skating in the winter and civic square in the summer.
