An 8 unit multi-tenanted mixed use building at a prominent corner site in emerging Vaughan, ON. Wood composite panels are used vertically at the demising walls to delineate the adjacent units. A dark bronze infill panels are used to infill the remaining building enclosure. The corner units glazing are inset to follow the radius of the driveway providing dramatic gallery space for one of the corner tenants.
