Nimlok Canada consisting of 55,000 SF was part of the first phase of construction. Phase 2 comprised of an additional 25,000 SF of area for the tenant F12.net. Composite wood panels frame the offices facing Markland adding warmth against the black and silver building enclosure. Polished concrete with accent resins delineate the work and play functions while hanging acoustical clouds dangle above.
