Innisfil Building D and F
Two separate Commercial Retail Units consisting of 6 different tenants in each Building. A drive through and drive through window tower was designed to accommodate a Starbucks tenant anchoring Building D. The design of the building is a more contemporary design with cleaner lines and darker colours. Metal siding is introduced to create a contrast in colour and materiality. A daycare tenant anchors Building F. An opened steel canopy provides a human scale pedestrian entrance portal throughout both buildings.
