Oshawa – Building C

Flanking the South East corner of Stevenson Road and Gibb Street is the design for a 5 tenant Commercial Retail Unit. The building has a prominent exposure and attempts to have as much storefront glazing as possible while still maintaining a smaller back of house for each retail unit. The 2 corner tenants have almost two entire faces of transparency. Masonry veneer reflecting the Superstore to the south, clads the east portion of the building, while to the west a higher more contemporary design utilizes metal siding, and composite metal panels. An opened steel canopy links the different elevation materials.
