Sterling Inn and Spa
A complete exterior and interior renovation to an existing dilapidated dairy bottling facility formerly known as the Borden Creamery. The landmark building with a giant concrete milk bottle was stripped completely inside and out. The milk bottle was maintained and stands as the front entrance to the Boutique Inn. Exposed ceiling beams from the original building are exposed as part of the interior design. Each of the 41 unique suites has a unique layout design.
