The Corktowns
Corktown neighborhood is positioned at the threshold of the Niagara escarpment. By developing within an existing community, the development takes advantage of existing community assets and variety of transportation choices with the adjacent GO transit and city bus routes. The existing site contained an abandoned variety store which was removed to allow for 7 new 1,400 square feet residential townhouses. The brownstone design character of the building was in keeping with the heritage feel and language of the surrounding Corktown neighborhood.
