U Health Centre
U Health Centre was an extensive and involved retrofit of an existing retail plaza from an early 1970’s style to a contemporary modern multi-tenant centre. Exterior metal open canopies provide signage opportunities while providing a welcoming scale to the retail units. An automated digital sign greets the patrons and patients displaying times of doctor appointments and retailing merchandise perched at the top hand corner of a composite metal wood fascia.
